Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Ringtone Maker and the Ringtone Maker public web pages. By using Ringtone Maker, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Ringtone Maker Service

Ringtone Maker is an iOS app for importing audio, extracting audio from video, trimming clips, previewing edits, adding fades or speed changes, saving ringtone-ready files, and following iOS setup guidance. The app is a creative editing tool and is not a professional audio mastering service, guaranteed distribution service, or emergency communications product.

Your Content and Rights

You are responsible for the audio, videos, prompts, names, and other material you use with Ringtone Maker. Only import, edit, generate, save, or share content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise allowed to use under applicable law. Do not use the app to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content.

Local Files and Exports

Ringtones and imported media you create or save on your device are your responsibility. Ringtone Maker may provide setup guidance for iOS, Files, sharing, and GarageBand-style workflows, but Apple controls iOS ringtone behavior and may change system flows over time.

Accounts and Sessions

Some features, including AI credits and AI generation history, may require Sign in with Apple. Ringtone Maker uses server sessions to protect your credits and generated audio. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your signed-in app session.

AI Generation

Optional AI generation lets you submit ringtone prompts and recipe settings to create short audio ideas. Prompts and generation settings may be processed by Ringtone Maker services and trusted AI providers. Generated results can vary and may fail, be unavailable, or require regeneration. You are responsible for reviewing generated audio before saving or sharing it.

Credits and App Store Purchases

AI generation uses credits. Credits may be sold as consumable in-app purchases through the App Store where available, and purchase state is managed with RevenueCat. The app displays available products and prices before purchase. Payments, refunds, taxes, family sharing availability, and billing issues are handled under App Store policies.

Ringtone Maker checks your credit balance before creating an AI generation job and deducts credits only after the generation succeeds. Failed generations are not charged. Credits are a digital consumable for use inside Ringtone Maker and have no cash value.

Third-Party Services

Ringtone Maker uses third-party services including Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Google, and MiniMax. Your use of Ringtone Maker may also be subject to their applicable terms, platform rules, and service availability.

Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Ringtone Maker from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom App Store license agreement is provided for Ringtone Maker in App Store Connect. Changes and Availability

Ringtone Maker may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to keep paid credit behavior clear before purchase and to operate AI generation fairly, subject to technical limits, provider availability, platform rules, and applicable law.
